PlasmidFactory offers a reliable selection of molecular size markers—also known as DNA ladders—for use in gel electrophoresis and DNA analysis. Our markers enable precise estimation of fragment sizes in a variety of experimental workflows, from PCR products to restriction enzyme digestion and the analysis of plasmid DNA.

DNA Ladder for Accurate Size Estimation. Each DNA ladder contains a defined set of standards of known fragment lengths, supporting accurate measurement of base pairs (bp) and kilobase (kb) ranges. Whether you require a 100 bp or 1 kb DNA ladder, our products offer resolution across both short and long fragments to be estimated, including options up to 10 kb. These markers are suitable for applications involving double-stranded DNA, small insertions, or complex nucleic acid constructs.
Ready-to-Use DNA Markers with Buffer Included. All DNA markers are supplied lyophilized, with a long-term shelf life of at least four years. A gel loading buffer is included with every unit, simplifying handling and preparation. Our markers consist of highly purified DNA and are compatible with standard agarose gel systems, including those run in TBE buffer. Ordering units correspond to 50 µg.
